Jay and I spent the day at the Delta Fredericton "Fall Wellness Fair". In a nut shell, an event to promote healthy living. Lots a great exhibitors and a great turnout all around. A big thanks to Dianah Johnson of the Delta Fredericton for inviting Crabbe Mountain. Great event, we'll definitely be back next year!Think Snow!
